How lot clearing works
- Site review. We assess the lot for brush, trees, existing structures, and any drainage or wetland-adjacency considerations common on the Peninsula.
- Clear & grub. Brush, trees, and stumps are removed and roots grubbed out, and any existing structures are demolished.
- Process the material. Cleared material is chipped, recycled, or hauled depending on what it is — we do not just push it into a pile.
- Rough grade. We finish with grading so you hand a clean, workable, well-draining lot to the surveyor and foundation crew.
